The program offers grants to eligible small businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, based on need and funding availability. To be eligible, businesses must have less than $20 million in annual revenues and have its principal place of business in New Hampshire. Healthcare, child care, and agricultural businesses are not eligible. By May 28, almost 10,000 businesses had applied for relief. Businesses must submit applications and be pre-qualified by May 29, with the formal application process taking place June 1-8.
